At first, a website is just a few pages but as it grows so does the time required to maintain it and the need for a method to manage it efficiently.

Server side includes and other directives can help manage your website allowing you to make site wide changes in structure and content from one file, a savings in time and html code. Using includes also gives you, the webmaster, more understanding of the structure and content of your website.

Using Apache Server Side Includes you can reduce website management time, html clutter and revision errors. You can reuse html more efficiently. You can recycle html code for other uses. You will work smarter getting more done, with less and have more control over your website.
